At Kitten D'Amour, we want you to feel as glamorous as possible in your new boutique designs. If your purchase isn't quite the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure your garments are in original condition with all tags attached, then place them securely in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your generated return label and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
